Fee includes class materials and one year ICEA membership. (Current memberships will be extended.)
April 26 & 27, 2008 in Los Angeles, California, workshop held at Woodland Hills Kaiser Permanente
May 17 & 18, 2008 in Phoenix, Arizona, workshop held at Holiday Inn Express-Downtown near airport, taxi cost is $20, free breakfast for hotel guests
June 7 & 8, 2008 in Santa Fe, New Mexico, workshop held at St. Vincent Regional Medical Center
July 19 & 20, 2008 in San Francisco, California, workshop held at San Francisco Kaiser Permanente Facility
Refund Policy
All
refund requests must be submitted in writing 30 days before workshop is
scheduled to begin to Childbirth Professional Development Group. A
nonrefundable fee of $75 will be retained in all cases.
Cancellation Policy
Childbirth
Professional Development Group reserves the right to cancel any
workshop in response to circumstances beyond our control. In the event
of cancellation, registration fees will be refunded.
